Private Event FAQ

Staffing is included in our prices and fees for on-site events.
For Off-Site Catering, staffing can be provided for an additional charge. For more details, contact Taryn Brooks directly.

Decorations are allowed; however, we do not allow confetti or glitter.
Balloons, flowers and banners are all acceptable as long as adhesion does not damage or cause excessive cleaning to the space.

The semi-private space is not completely private, the music that is playing will also be playing throughout the building. If you have a full buyout, you can connect to our sound system.

If you would like table linens, they can be ordered at an additional cost of $5 per linen.

We have the ability to show presentations and display through a smart TV when the rear bar is booked. If you have a full buyout, you are welcome to bring any AV equipment to show a presentation, movie or speech.

For private events with 20 or more guests, we require a $5 per guest deposit and a gratuity of 18-22%. Food and beverage minimums vary based on the day of the week and time of the year.

A room fee is added to the final bill if the food and beverage minimum is not met. The remainder of the agreed upon balance is added at the closing of the check.

The 3% administrative fee is for administrative overhead, documentation, preparation, and other management activities pertaining to the event. The Administrative Fee is not intended to be, a service charge, tip or gratuity, for tipped wait staff, service employees or service bartenders.
